How do I transfer a software license?

To transfer your software license to another computer follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Settings Panel by clicking on the Cog Button in PTZJoy Controller.
  2. Click “Unregister” and confirm. This will release the license from that machine.
  3. Install PTZJoy Controller on your new machine and input your Login Credentials so we can activate the license.
